I have a question about the recipe "Simple Summer Peach Cake" from Savour.
Recommendation for a gluten free flour BLEND?
I live in Fort Worth TX and a recipe for peaches, esp from Parker County, is always a good thing. (BTW: Season has passed and the drought & fires may damage next years' (sic) crop - Recipes keep even if the the ingrediants aren't available.)
