ABOUT THIS COOK:

I am first and foremost a mom, but I also have a career I love, investments. Since becoming a mother, I realized I had to learn to cook. Cook to introduce Lucas to Peruvian food, learn to cook so that I won't be a drive thru mom, and learn to cook to share my husband's hobby (or maybe he does it because I don't know how to). I remember Sundays to be a family meal day - lunch was a 3-4 hour affair; I want Lucas to experience it too.
