Cinzia Rascazzo lives in Puglia, Southern Italy. She and her sister Marika (who is also a Cardiologist) run a Mediterranean Cooking School (Stile Mediterraneo Italy). Cinzia teaches the local home-based cuisine of Puglia, which is very simple but tasty because based on very fresh ingredients. Cinzia started cooking when she was 5 and learned everything from her Grandmother (who still cooks at 97s!). When she is not cooking, eating or writing on her blog, Cinzia LOVES going to the market where she gets so many cooking hints from the local farmers (her best friends!). Cinzia is also a wine sommelier and certified extra virgin olive oil taster.
