Cooking (& reading cookbooks) for me is one of the most relaxing activities in the world. As a single mother (& now a newlywed) who has raised three excellent cooks in their own rights, cooking after a full day at work was time to catch up with kids, to catch up on myself, and to settle back in to home. It was - and is - my creative outlet!
