I am a freelance Graphic designer by profession and a total foodie by nature. I freelance during the day and spend the rest of my hours, either dreaming recipes or cooking food. I occasionally give classes in Indian Vegetarian food. From not knowing what artichokes were, I have come a long way in the last 16 years, since I have been in this country. What started as a simmer in India is now a full blown boil. I love food and every aspect of the culinary world because this is the only thing that has no barriers....whatsoever. Love shared through food is universal and I am a 'we-are-all-one-big-happy-family' kinda girl!
