My name is Jennifer Hess, and I'm a self-trained home cook and food lover living in Providence, RI. I work in Boston, MA and love to experience the best of what these two food loving cities have to offer. Though my husband and I are not strict locavores, we do try to eat seasonally, and obtain the majority of our weekly provisions from local farmers' markets in both Providence and Boston.

  either lamb kidneys or grilled duck hearts, both of which were delicious

  it varies, but will usually have an egg on top
