I am what I call semi-retired. I have now gotten to the point of where I work harder than ever around the house. I collect and sell all sorts of things like Coins, Civil War Items, Old Rare History Books, among other things. My wife and I have moved several times over the years due to working for the government. We finally moved back here to KY from TX. The older I get the more I cherish good food, especially fresh from the garden food. There's just something special that happens when those first tomatoes, and corn come in. I love the farmers markets and the people that surround themselves around them. I also love photography and the great outdoors. I also love to read, and have started collecting a few cookbooks I missed the garden season last year as we moved in Dec, but hope to have a nice garden this year. I have just recently found this website and think it's awesome. My wish is to make many friends and learn some new recipes here. I wish everyone good health and a Happy New Year. Jim
