  Fresh-caught scampi on Salt Spring Island, beef tacos in Acapulco, coney dogs in Detroit, mom's chopped liver at Rosh Hashanah -- really whatever is local

  Am dying to eat at Batali's babbo, would love to make my own pizza dough
