I am the tax lawyer working in the global audit company in Astana, Kazakhstan. I used to live in NYC and learned my first cooks that got me this hobby from my friends there. Now, I love cooking, baking and gathering friends at my home for the food and wine parties. Mostly I like to do Italian, Mediterranean-Tuscany and French cousin, but I believe in "make it simple and whole" concept as well as in fusion creative approach and try to implement it in my cousin. I look forward to learn more and do better in my culinary and gastronomic endeavors. I am thinking about to give up my tax carrier and go to study culinary and wine specialties. Ahhh, it is a dream so far, but may be one day...who knows, who knows :)
