ABOUT THIS COOK:

I'm an Executive Chef, working about 80 hours a week. Cooking is something I discovered in my teens (first job), but didn't fall in love with until my early 20's. I decided to follow my heart and leave my hair styling career. It was the best decision I could've made. I worked my way up through the industry and am very proud of myself, but also very humble. Any down time is devoted to my amazing Russian husband, our family, and our dog.
