ABOUT THIS COOK:

I love food because it allows you to get a sense of ones culture, background, and who that person is; what they eat, and how they make it, it's all very fascinating to me. I just recently started cooking again, used to all the time with my family, not so much in college. Now, I have my very good friend Amanda to thank for getting me back into the game. She is wonderful, as are her recipes and wisdom when we are in the kitchen.

  Breakfast, all kinds, any hour of the day :)
