I'm an amateur chef and blogger, expert foodie, and lover of cookbooks. I live in a tiny apartment with nothing but a toaster oven, a mini fridge, and a hotplate to cook on, but I still manage to turn out some pretty decent meals.

  Currently? 12. It fluctuates, sometimes heavily.

  Not wiping water off of the counter and sink after washing the dishes.
