What is the strangest food you have ever eaten?
There are a few items competing with each other... cricket and crispy rice chocolates, century eggs, durian shaved ice, clotted calf's blood soup, spicy beef intestines, sea urchin
What do you cook when home alone?
During busy work seasons it's anything quick and fresh and simple... lots of salads, pasta with light sauce, charcuterie/cheese plates. When I have spans of time off (2-3 days) I'll cook something heartier... beef & Guinness stew, roasted birds, risotto. Also, lots of experimental and sometimes elaborate pastries, just for the fun of it
