Hi my name is Carrie, I just recently moved to beautiful Boise, with my wonderful husband, since September, Pete. We left 10+ years of friends, good jobs and abundant snow, to pursue a new life in Idaho. I cook profesionally, in Colorado as a Sous Chef, and before that a line cook and even a few years on the other side of the line, as a waitress. I am here at food52 to put my food tho the test.
