ABOUT THIS COOK:

I'm a health educator and cancer nutritionist who likes developing slightly decadent healthy recipes for family, friend and work. Very lucky to have intrepid eaters at home upon which to experiment. I love cooking with seasonal British ingredients including eggs from my backyard hens. Favourite cuisines are Malaysian and Japanese. Least fav foods are liver (any organs actually) and tapioca.
