ABOUT THIS COOK:

Simple is best. I'm a decent cook, but my dishes tastes very delish because I try to use fresh, local, and seasonal ingredients. I'm ruthless but fun (do these words belong in the same sentence?) when it comes to sourcing good food. Let the ingredients speak for themselves! Born and raised in San Francisco, but recently moved up to Woodinville in Washington. What Washington lacks in variety of produce, fruit, and sunshine (amongst other things) they make up for in beautiful dairy, meat, and root veggies & berries & apples!
