Cooking is a passion that comes from the heart. Some of my earliest childhood memories are of helping my mother stir large pots of soup or helping to cut vegatables when I was old enough to use a knife. It is a passion that for some people create a career, for a long time I thought I too would make a career out of this, then after a short stint and Johnson & Wales I realized that maybe I shouldnt combine my passion with my profession. That was a decision I wont yet regret, for combining new flavors and techniques to this day is something I love to do on my own in my home kitchen, and something I will always have a hand in.
