After 15 years of living in the Okanagan Valley in the heart of British Columbia the majestic mountains, cascading vineyards and orchards, turquoise lakes and beaches run through my veins. When I am not travelling or attending cooking classes local ingredients and wines inspire me. Every day we should be excited about what we are eating even if it just means making use of a wonderful find at our local farmers market.
