ABOUT THIS COOK:

Cooking for me started at a young age thanks to Betty Crocker and my Easy-Bake Oven! Of recent I have enjoyed improving on my skills by taking cooking classes at the local community college. By day I am a cardiology physician assistant. Sadly I see in my patients the consequences of bad food choices. Healthy eating is important to me and I believe it starts by shopping local.
