ABOUT THIS COOK:

I enjoy good food/cooking. My challenge is a daughter that is trying to be a vegetarian. Like most I want to eat/cook healthily but want to celebrate the cornucopia of flavors and seasonality of produce. Simple is often better - especially in the day-to-day but special occasions sometimes call for special effort. Lastly, I love cooked fruit desserts.
