It was a year ago this month (September 2010) that I was downsized from my job as a pharmaceutical sales rep. Over the last year I have been on a journey to find what is next. I am still not quite sure what that is. But, food is my savior from it all. I found food52 this time last year, and I am so glad that I did. I am always amazed, inspired and genuinely happy to have found such a place. There are so many fantastic cooks! With inspiration like this to draw from, how can I not be better and better!
What do you cook when home alone?
Well, since I can't remember a time in recent history I was home alone, I would say that I would cook like I usually do when my husband and small children are with me.
