Five years ago I was watching Food Network with friends – and inspired by Rachel Ray said “I ought to do a cooking show” – but my friends quickly responded with “But Bob? You don’t know how to cook!” – – and that is how Bob’s Kitchen began. I literally started with Rachel Ray's 30 minute meals, and over the years have added new tricks to the kitchen arsenal. I’ve had a lot of fun over the years making episodes – and on the new Bob’s Kitchen blog (http://www.bobscooking.com) – I’m hoping to take it all to the next level! In 2010 – I’m going to do a monthly show and work on improving my video skills, bring recipes that are easy yet fun – and see if we can’t learn something new in the kitchen in the process. Learning and having fun are what it’s all about, right? http://www.bobscooking.com is where it all happens
