I cook and write from my teeny tiny kitchen in the heart of Manhattan. I'm a recent college graduate and a newbie to working world. Since my graduation, I’ve taken a hard look at my life and realized that the one thing I truly enjoy, is food. So in my spare time, I started a blog called ConstrainedCooks.com. Being a recent graduate -- strapped with debt and struggling to balance my busy schedule -- has dramatically changed my eating habits. In a moment of epiphany, I made a commitment to eat out less and cook at home more. This decision led to a serious challenge for me -- I had to become better at cooking within the constraints of my small living space, busy lifestyle and budgetary constraints. With a little imagination and a lot of experimentation, I am finding I’m finding ways to create simple delicious meals. I hope to share some of these recipes with you and find some great new ones on Food52!
