I am a professional chef. I attended the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park NY, between 2007 and 2009. I currently live in Athol, MA with my wife Emily and dogs Roscoe and Daisy. I enjoy outdoor sports such as hunting and fishing, as well as cooking. I am into sustainable agriculture and believe that we all need to be carefull as to what we use and how much we use.

    Insects from Thailand.

    Usually whatever is in the fridge, Thats when I create new things.
