ABOUT THIS COOK:

We are a cooking couple from Southern California that are passionate about good, real, nutritious food! Our weeknight menu tends to be diet friendly, and our weekends indulge our culinary cravings. We tend to be polar opposites in the kitchen and we combine as one creative force. Adam is highly inventive, disregards all rules and restrictions, coming up with courageous flavor combinations and wild techniques usually involving booze and fire. Rose is a bit more methodical, zen-like in her love of making things from scratch; cheese, pasta, bread, you name it!
