ABOUT THIS COOK:

I have always cared about what goes into my body but never took the time to make fresh food for myself. As a graduate student, in Boston, cooking became a creative outlet...it began as a means to provide my mind and body with the nutrients it needs to perform well, remain healthy and feel good! Now, time in the kitchen is my OBSESSION.
