I bought the popsicle molds last week for my other contest entry, so how about I give Paletas de Fresas con Habaneros a go?
I must have a learning disability with the trouble I have trying to figure out what is left ;) If the market strawberry recipe is still available, I have chocolate mint in the garden and will test it.
They all look so good. I wish I could take one this week but we are so busy. If there is anything left tomorrow maybe I can squeeze a recipe test in.

I was going back and forth between this and the strawberries! Worked out perfectly - we POUNCED on our recipes like CATS!
I've been salivating just thinking about that olive salad, since first reading it . . . plus I am really looking forward to making the rolls for these . . . am teaching BigBear how to make bread this summer! ;o)
