Watch A&M soak, pinch and sear Kayb'Bell-less, Whistle-less, Damn Good French Toast, a simple, divinely custardy challah French toast -- or as we like to call it, "bread steak" (odd, but appropriate, no?).

This week's videos were shot and edited by filmmaker Elena Parker, who brought with her some fabulous video and sound equipment that make the video below very easy on the eyes and ears -- thanks Elena!

This is exactly how I like to make french toast. Instead of maple syrup, try a spoon of Greek yoguart, or yoguart cheese you've made and top it with some plum compote or fresh strawberries--yum!

Great video! Who's lurking in the background when you're cooking the French toast?
