Always looking for fish recipes. Both looked pretty good to me. I do something very similar with swordfish & fresh tomatoes.

Great video - even better than the first one - still need to talk louder - at least for us laptop users who aren't connected to speaker systems - good film editing in this video - I want one of those meat pounders, too - like the way it looks as well as how it works - much better than one of those mallet-styled pounders - Jamie Oliver also measures his cooking wine with a wine glass - speaking of which...cocktail hour!!

Thanks for all your comments. We're going to try to do a video every week.

I felt like I was right in the kitchen with you both! Learned a lot - must get a meat pounder like that for olives! (and moles) Thank you! - Cathy

ps- I thought it was normal to measure wine by "wine glass" and not by "cups" - at least that's considered normal in my kitchen! :)

This is a great video - much better than anything on real TV! I love the look of this cod dish and am definitely going to give it a try.
