added 6 months agoThe pictures look gorgeous! Just want to let you know that this contest inspired some ideas in me and I will be teaching a holiday confections class at Brooklyn Kitchen next month! We'll be making my chocolate toffee brittle (the cheater's kind, with a base of saltine crackers...made these a lot as a kid), sugarplums (recipe I entered in the contest), maple glazed hazelnut halva, and peppermint caramels. Can't wait!
