Such good timing! Friends are expecting a baby in the next couple weeks & I offered to make them a meal. To meet their dietary needs, the meal must be gluten-free, shellfish-free, and red meat-free. Maybe I'll find something perfect in the submissions!
I can't believe this-- i was literally born gluten-free and have lots of recipes, but alas my kitchen is being packed up tomorrow and we are moving back the states. I am so excited for the treasure trove of recipes this will provide!!!
Even if I don't have a contest recipe, this is going to be a gold mine of great recipes to those of us in need! Do love the GF blogs, though, and Shauna's was the first I found.

This is interesting because I have had this cake concept in my head but not a good idea of how to execute, and it happens to be gluten free. I think Nannydeb is gonna have to help me out ...
