In the video above, Amanda gets down and dirt cheap with BigGirlPhoebz and SmallKitchCara as they cook up a comforting Vietnamese Fisherman's Stew (which appears in the -- surprise, surprise -- "Dirt Cheap" section of their new book, In the Small Kitchen, due out next Tuesday, May 24th!).
These young and smiley food52ers let us in on tips and tricks for a younger set, from sharing a kitchen to stretching a stew (serve over rice!).
This week's videos were once again shot and edited our videographer Elena Parker (who now produces our bi-weekly Dinner & a Movie column as well!).
