I raise rabbits for food, and have about 5 in the freezer. Rabbit will definitely be on the menu.

I recommend monkeymom's Stewed Pork Meatballs and Escarole with Crisped Shiitakes! We're having them tonight, and I've just posted pictures of it on my infinitesimal new blog: http://withfoodandlove.blogspot.com/

Really not a problem but a small quibble - would people start referring to it as Lunar New Year? Other cultures use the calendar as well (ie Vietnamese).

Thanks so much for your comment -- we've updated the title of the post to make it more inclusive. We'd love to learn more about how the lunar new year is celebrated in other cultures.

@aargesi NOT wrong at all.

My though was that rabbit must be included in the menu- just to get the year off started on the right...(rabbit's) foot...(was that too much?)

All of these look great! =) I'd especially like to try the duck.

I would love to include shrimp with mayo and candied walnuts - my fave!

I love the cedar planked bass.......especially having cedar planks which I've been saving. I'm so looking forward to what might be a trip to China in May.

Thanks for showcasing my dumplings too!

Outstanding choices here. Everything looks wonderful! The cedar planked grilled loup de mer and the steamed oysters with tangerine peel sauce particularly jump out at me. Choosing is the hard part!
