I raise rabbits for food, and have about 5 in the freezer. Rabbit will definitely be on the menu.

Really not a problem but a small quibble - would people start referring to it as Lunar New Year? Other cultures use the calendar as well (ie Vietnamese).

My though was that rabbit must be included in the menu- just to get the year off started on the right...(rabbit's) foot...(was that too much?)

I was totally expecting to see at least one rabbit recipe in the mix. I guess I'm just twisted. LOVE the gumbo recipe.

Outstanding choices here. Everything looks wonderful! The cedar planked grilled loup de mer and the steamed oysters with tangerine peel sauce particularly jump out at me. Choosing is the hard part!
