Just ordered my first bottle ever .... excited!!!
I'm so fortunate to live not far from Formaggio's here in Cambridge. It's a delightful little place that is positively wall to wall foodie heaven. Everything in the store is so carefully chosen ... I will often just grab something (like this oil) just for the heck of it because I KNOW it's on the shelf for a reason. The employees are incredibly knowledgeable and can really talk about a product with you. (PS: I swear I don't work there nor am I a paid endorser, haha!!)

I have some too! Love it!!...amazing drizzled over risotto, or a piece of toasted bread with warm goat cheese, or salad dressing for warm salad, or on butternut squash soup...
I have a bottle of this oil, and it's amazingly delicious.
