Congrats to all the eps! I helped taste the delicious warm lentil salad with swiss chard and feta. Yum plus.

All of the EP recipes, plus so many more submitted for the contest, look so good! I'm happily going to work my way through 10 or 12, at least, in the next few weeks. I think this is my favorite theme. ;o)

Thanks so much, cheese1227. I'll be posting another recipe in the next day or so (a less-slacker-friendly version of my sweet and savory porridge) that starts with that onion/cinnamon/bay combination, which is a favorite in my kitchen for the reason you noted. Love your photo, too! ;o)

It was pretty funny because we were all trying to comment with our mouths fulls, standing around the butcher block in the kitchen. Table manners not required in Ginger's Kitchen :-) They are DELICIOUS and I will make them again soon, in fact probably Sunday for my cousin's visit!!!
