I have a question... can I submit 2 recipes? I made one already and took photos, but just remembered another recipe and wanted to do it... both are really good though, so I was wondering!
I just bought my short ribs from my organic butcher (so trimmed and meaty!) and served them to six of us on New Year's Eve along with a cream of chestnut soup, simple steamed asparagus, & my braised (to die for) short ribs made with parsnips, onions, rutabaga, and carrots, and a maple mousse pie with maple chocolate sauce that appeared in the NYTimes a few weeks ago. Perfection! And we ate the leftovers tonight. Hence, no picture. Can I submit the recipe without a photo? I really don't want to make them again. My husband will say "enough!!

Mindreaders. I'd ordered short ribs from my organic beef guy this week, but they got my order wrong and didn't send them. So I'll post my favorite recipe, sans photos. I do love me a short rib or two!
