as per my husband and son, I wasn't to hear more about food and cooking, either! :) but my daughter reads food52 posts and watches the videos with me!! we've watched the inaugural video at least 5 times.

It's complicated kitchen sends me, before it was remodeled. Same with her shop in the movie, just like joan's on third. Modern love column is so fantastic, I've read it three times. Sell the TV trays on this site, I'll get a few too. The magazine is one I'll buy a lifetime subscription for. Hard copy is still my favorite. Make the print big, though : )

Loved the Paris Review and Modern Love columns. And love the idea of a food52 magazine even more. Seriously, we must find a way to launch a magazine!! : )

Yes, a MAGAZINE, not an e-zine! I'm old, and even though I don't know how I managed to live the first 50 years of my life without a computer, I am comforted by books and magazines in my hands, on my coffeetable, on my nightstand. (I wonder how many of us subscribe to Cook's Illustrated--the magazine AND the web site.) Did you catch that we are described as "passionate"?
