What is not to like!!! I love potatoes just about any way...I have never made latkes but I have made an Irish version of pancakes. I will enjoy trying everyone's versions! In fact I think that I will start tonight!

This will be fun! Just called my mom and asked how my grandma made them - hers were awesome ... I will experiment this weekend and if they turn out I'll post ... otherwise I will just see what everyone else does!! Either way, deliciousness lies ahead!

I've never had much success with potato pancakes, so I am thrilled that we'll have a wide array of recipes, full of great advice and insider tips and tricks, this week. And what fun to be able to try them out over the upcoming holiday weekend. Yippppeeeeee!! ;o)
Big smile. Mine aren't that exceptional, but I do love 'em, and a long holiday weekend is the perfect time to make them! They're officially on the breakfast menu Friday or Saturday!
