I have been picking at Merrill's Tuscan Onion Confit so much that I need to make another batch...
Wow! Brilliant! I am glad I'm a vegetarian.....we won't miss turkey at all!
I hold a large post Thanksgiving buffet on Friday afternoon and this year it will be a very food52 event! To round out my old fashioned Virginia ham and smoked turkey, I've already made Oui, Chef's gingered cranberry fig chutney (as well as a second, cardamom cranberry sauce), and Merrill's Tuscan onion confit. I've also roasted a squash or two for AntoniaJames' butternut squash and parsnip puree. For Thanksgiving day, my only responsibility is to bring Mrs. Wheelbarrow's challah stuffing!
I just love these menu suggestions! Melissav's butternut squash is in the oven now to take to an early Thanksgiving celebration this afternoon. It is sure to be a hit :)
All gorgeous looking and sounding recipes. Yum
Thanks so much for featuring my BS (Brussels sprouts) recipe here! Made my day! They'll be on the Thanksgiving table again this year :-)
