Deb is such a great writer and cook--I trust everything she says! And even though I live in a gluten-free house, it seems like Good to the Grain is destined for my shelf!

I love oatmeal pancakes - I grind some up with bran, mix with my plain flour and have a nutritious (somewhat) pancake mix. Gorgeous photos!
