Let me just say that Jen and Mike were one of our absolute favorite sources for raised-right pork when we lived in NYC. Their mail order is amazing, too - we sent goodies to my folks which they loved, and got the most darling piggy postcard in return. If you're looking for a source for incredible tasting, sustainable pork, they're your people

yum, I think I will order some of these and some of the fresh belly too. Time to make some home made bacon.
All of their sausages look simply out-of-this-world. Really nice, interesting stuff. ;o)
