This is an unusual week at food52. Merrill will be in Maine getting married! So -- like last December, when we took a break from our regularly scheduled contests for Amanda & Merrill to face off with their best rice pudding recipes -- we’re running a special contest for Your Best Corn Recipe, with two Brooklyn chefs going head-to-head with theirs. Then you'll all get to vote on your favorite.
The winning chef will take home fame, glory and a snazzy food52 tote bag from L.L. Bean (pictured below), plus a bounty of OXO goodies.
We’ll still be naming Editors’ Picks and -- between now and next Thursday at midnight -- we’re psyched to see your finest corn pudding, corn salad, succotash, corncakes, what have you. Stay tuned for the naming of the chefs!
