to add to the chorus, I LOVE my Opinel. I use it all the time for cutting hard cheeses and salami on picnics.
I love, love, love, my Opinel. A friend brought it back from France as a gift. I have had it for almost twenty years now and it is a favorite for the garden and cutting vegetables from their stems and about a million other uses. I was just thinking I needed to order a couple of them and now this. Sold.
Came in the mail today. Now that is service!
Love my Opinel. It's always the sharpest knife in this house.
